15、What is the performance of Polymer Lithium ion battery?
⑴ No liquid electrolyte, so never leak; ⑵ Can be made into various shape; ⑶ Can be made into thin battery, such as 3.6V, 400mAh, the thickness can decrease to 0.5mm; ⑷ Battery is transmutable and can be crooked: the maximum angle is 900; ⑸ High voltage in an battery: several battery with liquid electrolyte can be connected in series to get a high voltage only; the Li-polymer battery can get high voltage in an cell through multiplayer combination; ⑹ Same volume Li-polymer batteries` capacity is two times of Li-ion battery.

17、Why do batteries packs with zero voltage or low voltage?

(1) One of the cells voltages is 0V;  (2) Plugs are short or open circuit, or ill touched;  (3) Lead wires are broken from the soldering or weakly soldered; (4) Wrong battery connection or the connection tabs are miss or weak weld or broken off.

18、What are possible reasons cause cells or batteries packs dischargeable?


(1) 0V cell or 0V cell in packages; (2) Wrong battery connection, or abnormity inner parts or circuit protector; (3) Charger is failure to output current; (4) External factors can be possible triggers of extremely low charge rate (e.g. extremely low or high temperatures).

19、What are possible reasons cause cells or batteries packs can not discharge?
(1) Storage will shorten its service life; (2) Not be fully charged or not be charged; (3) Excessively low ambient temperature; (4) Low discharge efficiency, for instance at high current discharge, inside  materials of ordinary battery will diffuse, and the reaction speed can’t follow, that will cause the voltage toboggan and the battery can’t discharge.

20、Safety Precautions:
⑴Read specification carefully or consult how to use correctly. ⑵According to electric appliance indication, please build in the battery positive pole and negative pole correctly.⑶Do not put new and old battery or different kind and model battery into use together. ⑷Do not charge for the primary battery.⑸ Do not heat or disassemble the battery, even put it into fire or water. ⑹Do not short-circuit, in case of battery exploding, leakage or other casualty.⑺ If finding exceptional conditions, such as terrible odor, leakage, cracks and deformation on the battery crust, please stop using the battery immediately. ⑻Put the battery where children can not reach.⑼ If leaked liquid gets into eyes, flush eyes thoroughly with clean water at least 15 minutes, lifting upper and lower lids until no evidence of the chemical remains. Seek medical attention. ⑽If the electric appliance do not use for long-term, please take the battery out and store in a cool, well ventilated area. ⑾If Great Power label or package warnings are not visible, it is important to provide a package and device label stating.

Battery Terms:


1、Cell—The basic electro-chemical unit to generate or store electrical
2、Primary Battery—A battery which is not intended to be recharged and is discharged when the battery has delivered all of its electrical energy.
3、Secondary Battery—A galvanic battery which, after discharge, may be restored to the fully charged state by the passage of an electrical current through the cell in the opposite direction to that of discharge.

4、Open-Circuit Voltage—The difference in potential between the terminals of a cell when the circuit is open (no load condition)

5、Working Voltage—The typical voltage or range of voltage of a battery during discharge (also called operating voltage or running voltage).

6、Nominal Voltage—The characteristic operating voltage or rated voltage of a battery.

7、Cut Off Voltage—The battery voltage at which the discharge is terminated. The cut off voltage is specified by the battery manufacturer and is generally a function of discharge rate.


8、Capacity Retention—The fraction of the full capacity available from a battery under specified conditions of discharge after it has been stored for a period of time.
